When you book an airport transfer with Textacab we will quote you a fixed price for the journey, depending on your destination and the number of passengers.
Please note that there is an additional charge of £20 on any journey if you require a luggage trailer.
If any part of your airport transfer journey is made between the hours of 10pm and 7am there is an additional charge of £10.
All the prices quoted in our examples featured here exclude additional charges such as toll charges, parking fees, congestion charges, clean air zone charges or anything else appropriate to the journey. Chat to us to confirm whether any of these apply for your booking.

Got a flight booked? Now comes the hard part. Getting to the airport is usually a stressful experience. You have to prebook expensive airport parking, time your road journey to arrive in good time, worry about possible delays en route, drive for miles and be tired before you even board the plane.
You can avoid all that by booking an airport transfer with us. We’ll do the logistical planning – all you need do is get comfortable in one of our well-maintained, pristine four or six-seater taxis and enjoy the journey, with the capable hands of one of our experienced drivers at the wheel.
We do pick-ups at your door from Chippenham, Westbury, Melksham, Bradford-on-Avon, Frome, Trowbridge and the surrounding areas – and drop you right at the airport terminal door. If you wish we can be waiting for you at the airport when you fly back and take you safely home.
Wherever possible if you book a return airport transfer we make sure the same driver operates both legs of your trip, so as to be easily recognisable and a familiar face to greet you.
If you need to depart for the airport at an early morning hour, or arrive at the airport late at night, we’ll text you the driver’s name and contact details in advance so you’ll be able to check in with him if you wish.

You can book a six-seater vehicle or a four-seater for your airport journey – or if you have a large party you are welcome to book both. We can add a secure luggage trailer for an extra £20 so there’s no problem accommodating big bags, sports equipment, prams or mobility aids like wheelchairs or walkers.
We are fully licensed and insured taxi operators, and our skilled drivers have passed background (DBS) and medical checks.
